Property essentials is a monthly update developed as a result of subscriber feedback. Property essentials is not a précis of the preceding month’s legal updates but rather an informed checklist. It can be used flexibly, for example, as an agenda at a monthly property department meeting. Busy practitioners can see, at a glance, the most important, useful and interesting property developments that PLC Property has reported on over the previous month. They can then decide whether the items are relevant to their practice and, if so, follow the links to read more and discuss the issues.
